Flashpoint Academy and Illinois Film Office Sponsor Illinois Reception at Sundance Film Festival
Flashpoint and The Illinois Film Office are hosting an invitation-only special reception at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah to honor Illinois filmakers and especially to recognize Michael Keaton and the premiere of his new film The Merry Gentleman which was filmed entirely in Chicago. Michael will be joining Paula Froehle and Amy Rising (who was the assistant to the producers on the film) from Flashpoint at the reception along with Betsy Steinberg who heads the Film Office and many other Chicagoans.
