Michael grew up with a love for photography. The fact that a single frame had the potential to tell an immense story fascinated him, which eventually led him to the art of filmmaking. Michael quickly became obsessed with powerful compositions and unique filming techniques to evoke emotion from the audience. Aside from cinematography, he also enjoys video and picture editing, photography, writing, skateboarding, and sketching/painting. Michael is always looking to meet new people with similar interests and further improve his skills, both behind the camera and in the editing room, and hopes to one day become a world-renowned cinematographer. He’s well aware this goal will only come with years and years of experience; however, it’s the experience that he looks most forward to.
