Dylan Spartz is a 20-year-old graphic artist from La Porte, IN with an extensive background in graphic design, motion graphics, and web development. Spartz has created 50+ themes, 3 site re-designs, and branding and identity for MuggleNet.com since 1999. He completed the Visual Effects and Animation program at Flashpoint in 2009.
