SEEKING FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME MEDIA LITERACY INSTRUCTORS
Flashpoint , The Academy of Media Arts and Sciences in Chicago, Illinois seeks part-time instructors to teach Media Literacy.
The course starts the week of March 22nd and meets once a week for six weeks. We are looking for passionate instructors with a dynamic and interactive approach to teaching. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree and have professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Film, Broadcasting, Animation, Game Design or the Recording Arts.
This compact and intense course focuses on foundational aspects of intellectual property rights, digital media company models, and past and emerging trends in digital media. Candidates with a combination of creative digital arts training and real world business experience are highly desirable for this course.
