Core Studies Math Faculty Position

Flashpoint, The Academy of Media Arts and Sciences is committed to the advancement of higher learning in the fields of digital arts and entertainment technologies. Surrounded by peers and educators with a passion for the future, students at Flashpoint pursue a two year accelerated curriculum in computer animation, game development, film production and the recording arts.
Currently we are seeking to a fill a PT faculty position in a New course - Core Studies - Math, commencing Fall 2008. We are seeking someone to help co-design a math curriculum and teach math across all of our disciplines. This candidate must be dynamic, resourceful and bring energy to the classroom. We seek educators with innovative approaches to traditional training, reflective of contemporary trends in the industry. We seek professionals with a strong interest in translating their knowledge and experience to an eager, small, focused group of students.
