Flashpoint Academy is currently seeking a Sales Associate
Responsibilities are:
• Reply to Flashpoint generated leads via phone or email, booking appointments for first-time tours or open house reservations
• Qualify leads as to their appropriateness for Flashpoint based on industry interest, ability to pay and motivation/drive
• Follow up with students in the “pipeline” and generate applications
• Attend Saturday open houses and interact with students and their families
• Give tours of facility at group tours or on an individual basis
• Represent Flashpoint at high school fairs or industry-related expositions
Quality of applicant:
• Ready to sell.
• Must be outgoing, intelligent, driven and organized. Must set aggressive goals and work diligently to meet them
• Willing to work at Saturday open houses and evening hours as appropriate
• Must possess a “can do” attitude and support other Flashpoint employees regardless of area
• Must be a team player; should attain personal goals while also supporting other admissions team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media arts
• Submit to a background check and provide two professional references
